YOUR CHILD’S EXPERIENCE
When I come to your home, or you come to mine, my goal is to make sure your child feels safe, cared for, and happy while you’re away. I’ve completed my Certified Babysitting Course and I’m CPR and First Aid certified. Growing up with my mom, the founder of BungalowBranch, I’ve seen what it takes to care for children with professionalism and kindness from the time I was little myself. Because of that, you can trust that safety is always my top priority. I also pay close attention to your instructions and your child’s needs, because I know every family has their own routines and what works best for them.
I love to make babysitting fun! Whether it’s playing games, doing crafts, reading together, or helping with homework, I enjoy finding creative ways to keep kids engaged. At the same time, I always follow your rules and respect the routines that matter most to your family, from bedtime to snack time and everything in between.
I see babysitting as more than just “watching” your child, it’s about building a connection where they feel comfortable, supported, and excited for our time together. My goal is that when you come home, you’ll find a child who felt safe and had fun while you were away. I’m also happy to take pictures of our adventures and share them with you during the sit (or once you’re home) so you don’t miss out on all our fun moments.
MEET YOUR BABYSITTER
“Hi! I’M NORAH EBERT”
I’m in 8th grade at Shanahan Middle School and the third oldest of four children, I have three brothers, including my youngest brother who’s six. I’ve been babysitting him since he was a baby, and over the years I’ve also babysat for family friends, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life.
I’m a straight-A student, and outside of school I love art, painting, singing, and playing tennis for my school team. Music is a huge passion of mine, Beyoncé is my favorite, and I hope to be a professional singer one day. I also enjoy fashion and fun jewelry, spending time with friends, and being outdoors. I’m not afraid of adventure in nature and even became a certified scuba diver!
At home, I love to cook and make a full meal for my family at least once a week. When I make pizza, I even make the dough from scratch, and honestly, it’s better than store-bought! Cooking can be a really fun activity, so I’d be happy to make pizza or try out a simple recipe with your child if you’d like. I also take care of my pet bunnies, and I help my parents with their businesses. Learning about business is something I really enjoy, and I hope to own one of my own someday.
I’d describe myself as caring, creative, and responsible. Babysitting gives me the chance to bring all of that together, keeping children safe, making sure they feel cared for, and having a lot of fun along the way.
